The Saanichton Village Association is a collection of business and residential members who work to enhance the friendly and supportive “village” environment of Saanichton, primarily through presenting opportunities for locals to gather and interact, while at the same time showcasing local retail, services, farms and other businesses.

Bottle Depot Drop-off Bin
The Bottle Depot donates proceeds from the collection bin at the Saanichton Coffee Shop and Saanichton Shell. to the Saanichton Bike n' Ride project at 1945 Mount Newton X Rd.

Community Programs supported by Central Saanich
Central Saanich has a number of agreements in place with local organization’s delivering projects or programs directly benefiting the well-being of Central Saanich residents and supporting the fundamental principles of the OCP and Council’s Strategic Plan. For 2024-2027 these include:
