The Saanichton Village Association is a collection of business and residential members who work to enhance the friendly and supportive “village” environment of Saanichton, primarily through presenting opportunities for locals to gather and interact, while at the same time showcasing local retail, services, farms and other businesses.

Don’t have plans on Friday, October 24th? Well, you do now!! Please join us in the Cedar Room at the Saanich Fairgrounds for the SVA’s 1st Annual Indoor Movie Night.
Doors open at 5:00 for some great pre-movie fun! Take your photo in our photo booth, get your face painted, play games with new friends, and do some colouring pages with the folks from the Child Care Resource and Referral Centre. Finding Nemo starts at 6:30!!
And as always, we’ve got some great food vendors – Peninsula Pizza, Noel’s Donuts and Fries, popcorn, and candy bags.

You voted at last year’s movie nights and it was overwhelming: you wanted to see ET: The Extraterrestrial. This year’s Outdoor Movie Night is on Saturday, August 16th!! Gates open at 6pm for dinner (we have so many amazing food vendors and concessions lined up!), a bike decorating station, face painting by donation, Capital Bike’s Obstacle Course, and live music with The Fine Spirits. We’ll also have a 50-50 draw! The movie starts at dusk (8:45’ish). Can’t wait to see you there!!
